This MEI Timing belt for the VN 2000 series validators has 56 teeth and is approximately 1.5” in diameter with a 0.1” width. This belt should be replaced if you are experiencing troubles with bills being pulled in smoothly or if it is worn, stretched, or broken.

This MEI Drive Ring and Pulley assembly used to be sold as two separate parts, they have now come together as one. It fits on one of the four drive shafts in the stacker assembly of the VN 2000 series validators.

This is the longer stacker belt on the MEI VN Series bill validators. It runs up the back of the unit to pull the bill into position to be stacked in the magazine. It should always be replaced in pairs. If the bill is slipping or does not stack properly, this is the first item that should be replaced.
