	Rebuilt MEI VN/AE Series Control Board Rebuilt Control Board for MEI VN2xxx series bill validators and MEI AE2xxx Series bill validatiors. These boards are Gen2, NOT current production Gen2C. All boards are 110V and may be used on VN series or AE series...Be sure to order the correct board for your application. *NOTICE* This board can only be used on a “MEI Flashport” validator. It will not update your Non-Flash units to take the new $5 bill. “MEI Flashport” capability was introduced the 40^th week of 1999. If your unit was produced before this date, we recommend purchasing a new MEI validator with a 2 year factory warranty. The first three numbers of your serial number indicate the date of manufacture. The first 2 digits indicate the week and the 3^rd digit indicates the year. For example, 26912345678 if not manufactured in 2009 would have been produced the 26^th week of 1999 and therefore is not updateable or non-flash. If the unit is a "Flashport" the unit will have "Flashport" written on the serial/model/part number sticker. The sticker is located on the side of the unit.
